You will need to directly contact the brand manger that is responsible for their Mediaframe® business account. They will set-up a personal user account for you and you will be emailed a login and password.
If the brand you need access to doesn't already have Mediaframe® account, then maybe you can encourage your client to start using this service.
It will save you loads of hassle tracking down assets if they are all available online.
